OUR SERVICES

WHAT WE OFFER

We understand the stresses and strains of buying and selling property. We provide quality advice to a wide range of clients, from first-time buyers to commercial investors.

We act for a number of developers on acquisition of sites and then set up the scheme for the sale of the individual units whether they be houses, flats or a combination of both. This expertise is a benefit to buyers when they themselves are buying from developers “off plan” or when built.

Dealing primarily with the sale and purchase of houses and flats, we provide bespoke services tailored to the needs of each client. We communicate clearly with all parties involved to make the experience as stress-free as possible. One large source of business is existing clients using us again when they move. Another is existing clients recommending others to use us.

EXPERT ADVICE

We offer specialist advice on all areas of leasehold property law, including leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions and variations, and lease interpretation. One particular area of expertise is the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 and the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002.

We provide expert advise in the following areas:

  • Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, including new-builds.
  • Mortgages and re-finance.
  • Drafting and granting of leases and tenancy agreements.
  • Lease extensions and variations.
  • Collective enfranchisement – the acquisition of freeholds by tenants.
  • Sale and purchase of properties at auction.
  • Property management for landlords.
  • Disposals of freeholds subject to long leases – subject to the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.
